trying to figure out why "chg-zd-mtx" thinks mtx doesn't
exist:

-bash-3.00$ which mtx
/usr/sbin/mtx
-bash-3.00$ /usr/lib/amanda/chg-zd-mtx -info
mtx command (mtx) doesn't exist

Do you have a /tmp/conftest.lock file ? remove this file before running
configure.
