According to my elements, the next orbit will graze the western horizon here
in San Diego starting about 8:1I'm seeing one horizon-grazing pass to the
west this morning 4/11 starting around 8:18AM PDT. Maximum elevation is only
about 6 degrees so I'm not expecting much.
