I´m using version 5.32.
Tried it like
INCLUDE /~kampagne/*
and
INCLUDE /*/kampagne/*
but it doesn't work.

What are the entries in your logfile like?

I believe Analog already does this. If not, you can probably use
BROWALIAS to convert anything that looks like Opera to whatever Analog
actually counts as Opera.
