I confirm the issue Jeremy reported (note that both tags for app edits are
correctly captured in lowercase in the database, so this is a UI only issue).
Aside from this, any ETA for maintenance script #1 (removal of tagged account
creations)?

Yes, I believe anything prepended with zz is pre-migration and probably not
essential at this point.
