after install the card (new) i get the following from dmesg
Module 0: Not installed
Module 1: Not installed
Module 2: Not installed
Module 3: Installed -- AUTO FXO (FCC mode)
how can i determine if this is a hardware failure or an IRQ issue

i received the card earlier this week but could not get the FXS port to
work. The FXO port did work for a short time but now fails. (no lights
on the card) and reports a number of errors to syslog concerning power
up failures.
would like to return the card and get a replacement

i have a TDM411P (1ea FXS/FXO). the FXO functions correctly except that
after some period of time (not sure exactly how long yet) the port
remains off-hook. thus far i have had to stop and then start Asterisk
to correct. Any solution to this or a better method to reset the port
at least?

i work for a local telco and BRI is avoided due to the amount of
hardware it can take to get to an end user. DSL is simply easier and
cheaper to provide. Not sure why you can't get caller id, i know when
can add that feature to BRI

well it looks like i had a typo in the iax.conf. instead of
disallow=all i had dsallow=all which i didnt notice til i about to
paste the file.
