You might want to try this on your mysql server, might be a grant
permission issue.
1. GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* TO [EMAIL PROTECTED] IDENTIFIED BY PASSWORD;
2. FLUSH PRIVILEGES;
3. exit.
