I just upgraded from v6.1.2 to v6.2.1 and can't say that I am a big fan
of the new diplay font. I can see that the intent was to make the font
look a little rounder. I have to say that the worst character I have
noticed this far is 0 (zero), it looks like (). Also using '| for 1

only currently have 15 played songs, each played once. I now see the

the handheld skin is currently completely broken.
Yes, it is. If you don't want to wait until I check in another rework,
just remove the line with reference to styles.html from the cmdwrappers
file.

OK - looks like I was right to ask.
So - I took the plunge, especially given that 6.2.0 is now out.
So my test Windows PC and production Linksys NSLU2 are now runing 6.2.0
and both SB2 are on the latest firmware.

I'll let you know as soon as I have problems as I use it regularly. I
can never decide on whether to use the stable versions or bite the
bullet and go with the cutting edge.
With all the new features, the cutting edge always wins.
Great product - can't live without it now.

This warning is what is mean
OK, I've done some more investigation and I've found that it is only on
my original slimp3 device that the problem occurs. The squeezebox plays
them just fine.
Can anyone reproduce, or is this just a quirky setting in my system?

The version of Softsqueeze in the 6.2 release is Softsqueeze 2.0 (i.e.
no longer a beta), so I suspect that's why your getting that message.
Did you ever put the final 6.2 release on your machine?

There's no way you can be running 6.5b1. It's not even near alpha atm.
Or is that just what the version string calls it?

Yes. I believe there were changes made recently with regards to cue
sheet support. Most of my music collection are CD image in FLAC +
external cue sheet. I am no longer able to play these since 10-16.
Single track flac is ok though. Opened bug #2335. Present status:
unresolved.
