Dear Bioconductor team,
I just found out that our package DeMixT 1.3.5 is failed to install for Mac
under the developed version.
Does that mean I need to rebuild the package under the official Mac build of R
4.0.0 alpha and push it again?
Thanks,
Peng

Hello Bioconductor developers,
As you've probably noticed already, we're building BioC 3.11 on Mac again:

The build target now is High Sierra (used to be El Capitan), like for
the official Mac built of R 4.0.0 alpha (available here

I bumped the version of ggbio which should propagate a recent fix.

We need more information,

Hello all,
I have recently made a few change to a package that I mantain, but I seem
to be currently unable to update the fcoex package.
Even though I am the maintainer (
http://bioconductor.org/packages/3.11/bioc/html/fcoex.html) I do not have
access to it according to BiocCredentials:

Hi BioC-devel,
I was able to trace a regionReport error back to ggbio & biovizBase.
However, I'm completely clueless as to why (a) it only appears in some
OS (though this has changed over time) and (b) it does not seem to be
a problem with derfinderPlot on the build reports for the same OS.
