Well a lot of the details will still need to be worked out as we only just created the room in the last hour and Ray doesn't even know yet. The room is stable so folks will be able to come and go as they wish. So far as any kind of scheduling is concerned and I'm sure there will be some of that

Kevin, I had a problem with my AC unit keeping up a few summers ago. The repairman came and told me he wouldn't charge me anything if I just cleaned the outside unit myself. He told me to just hose it down by spraying from the outside toward the inside of the unit all the Way around it. He said
