Maybe related to the previous bug I filed (dbus unavailability ?)
When attempting to add a keyboard layout, the panel crashes
Here the footage
https://youtu.be/anHeACHu8OQ
I used a Qemu based guest in order to show the copious amount of errors and
warnings that Gnome produces on GuixSD
Here's the footage

And here's the text that I copied and pasted

I managed to use system vm-image instead of system vm and I have to say it
fares better
I can fiddle with qemu switches and I managed to allow my virtual machine
to reach out on the network,
The machine is faster and less awkard, the terminal background is dark
instead of sun bright
So this bug
This is the warning I get when I run a virtual machine made with guix
system vm
I made a a short video, here

expressing the issues in the appropriate debbugs instance

Overall, I like all your proposals.
The one I like best is the proposal about packages. I hope I won't hurt
your feelings if I state that the new layout makes the packages thing
somewhat similar to the "Software" application in Fedora.
And I think that a degree of resemblance is good both for Guix
If you try to drag an application to the floating bar on the left in Gnome,
the Gnome Shell will crash, it will be started again and you will have to
login again
I first reported this here

The Guix manual is not readable on mobile phones. It seems to me that the

The effect is that you have to pinch and zoom and scroll all over in order
to read.
