Please note that now trunk/carbon/orbit axis2, rampart, wss4j, axiom versions refer to 3.1.0 branch dependencies at [1]. This is because we have only branched dependencies and yet to branch Carbon. Therefore, you will have to build [1] first to build trunk/orbit until we properly branch off
