know the right way to attach it to the pedal. The local Chevy dealer says he

The accelerator cable in my 1969 El Camino broke today (and the pin that
holds the pedal on broke last week). Does any body know or have a picture of
the correct way to connect the cable to the pedal arm? There is a crimped
end on the cable and my old one was held on with a hose clamp. It served it
