Fast screen rotate app

Hi, i've used FDOM(great distro) for just a while and the only thing I didn't like was the really slow rotate app. So here is a slightly faster one. The source is in a bazaar repository. It can be get from here: https://turmspitze.org/pubbzr/rotate I will build binaries on request. Have fun! M
