I remember a long time ago someone wrote that he downloaded the isos and
installed/upgraded without creating cds. Would be nice since it's a beta
Has anyone a quick guide for this?
Regards,
Mads
I know of a tool for windows that will do it.. but i'm not sure if there is
one for linux
http://www.undisker.com/index.html
it's shareware (30day limit).. it lets you copy the contents of the ISO's to
your hard drive... then you can make a bootdisk to install linux off of your
hard drive
Download the iso's and a hd.img from the image directory
make the hd.img book disk
boot from the floopy
feed it the HD the iso's are on
feed it the iso image file when ask for a path
have fun

BTW if u wanna copy it all to your hd as you mentioned, mount is a great
utility. It doesn't even require registration after 30 days :)
