While trying to build some rpms from cool KDE3
applications like
KXICQ,KOMBA.. I found the problem, that I don't
know where to install them,
so I don't ovveride KDE2 versions,... so what is
the plan for 8.2 as well as
COOKER, which is the correct PREFIX
by the way should't
