Package: apache-ssl
Version: 1.3.29.0.2-4
After the upgrade of the package apache-ssl from 1.3.29.0.1-3 to 1.3.29.0.2-4,
the PerlAuthzHandler is not used by mod_perl for Basic authentication (no error
in logs).
PerlAuthenHandler and PerlHandler work fine.
When I downgrade apache-ssl evrything

Hi Nelson,
there might be several reasons why it is not starting. I think the
easiest way for me to see the problem is if you can send me a tar of
/etc/apache.

The only think i can spot is the php4 module. What happens if you disable
php4 and upgrade apache? Or otherwise just try to install
libapache-mod-ssl, load it into the apache

this should bring apache-common to the latest version.
Add set -x to /usr/share/apache/postinst.common
apt-get install apache
(to trigger again it's postinst script, be aware that it will produce
