The h5fc compiler wrapper uses a path for libraries that does not match that

Apparently I misunderstood the policy.
So I have uploaded the patch (or rather very similar one) to svn.
I removed the bit that changes the Uploaders field. I will leave it to the
maintainer to decide if they want to make that change or not.

Looking at the package I see listed as a Depends libpam-systemd which
has systemd listed as a Depends. This prevents installation without
broken packages. When package libpam-systemd is selected systemd is
automatically selected for installation also.
