Hi, I've noticed that Cyrillic fonts (Cyr_a8x8.psf.gz, Cyr_a8x14.psf.gz

Hi, I created the keymap dvorak-ru.kmap.gz, now one can switch between
dvorak and russian, not only qwerty and russian (like ru.kmap.gz does).

When using both options -w and -s with openvt, after command is executed,
the screen switches back to the previous terminal. This isn't always a
wanted behaviour, the wait option is useful with scripts, the switch
option
I forgot to say in the man page that -b is useful only with the -w
option, so the new patch is attached.
