Hi, I've been seeing this, too. It's only in Rhythmbox that MP3s don't play: Totem (with either gstreamer or xine) works, and from the Terminal (using gstreamer) works. Very strange... FWIW, it's only MP3 that's broken; FLAC and Ogg Vorbis files still play fine. cheers, - Ken -- To UNSUB
