Our request for the change in xlib is now closed. The Big5 bug in Xlib
is now fixed, and the locale data XLC_LOCALE of zh_TW.Big5 is also added.
However, there are still something incompleted (xlib6g_3.3.3.1-8.deb):

Actually, I think we should not put "zh/XLC_LOCALE zh_CN.GB2312"
in locale.dir at all, because "zh/XLC_LOCALE zh_CN.eucCN"
is already there. I suggest adding
zh_CN.G
