replace it by new
udev rule and move both (udev rule and pktsetup) into own binary package
pktsetup.
But such thing probably needs more discussion or announcement in
changelog... etc... as existing system configurations needs to be
updated.

Kubuntu developers told me to send these patches to Debian, because
perl debconf version is maintaned by Debian. Can you look at patches
and fix these bugs? I'm forwarding original email.
