Kernel 2.6.21-1 oops on portmap

I tried to reboot after upgrading to the new kernels available in unstable. The 2.6.21-1-parisc64 crashed at startup. The 2.6.21-1-parisc booted but I got an ooops when it tried to run the pormap server. The machine is a C3750 with a PA8700 and 2.5 Go of Ram. I'm joining the oops text.
