I had followed the instructions for "developers" on the Python Modules
alioth page (https://alioth.debian.org/scm/?group_id=30714), which
pointed me to the alioth.debian.org server.
Looks like misconfiguration on Alioth side. I'll poke Alioth admins to
get it
