Because of:

rpm and related packages were installed on my machine following a KDE install.
This behavior is apparently wrong, since there's usually no point to instal

I just performed an update and kdelibs4c2a 4:3.5.7.dfsg.1-6 is shown as
UNAVAILABLE in aptitude for the kdelibs 4:3.5.7.dfsg.1-6 package. Looking
at the experimental pool I see that 4:3.5.7.dfsg.1-6 is available for amd64,

When i try to remove a picture from the identitiy, kmail crashed with SIGSEGV
The bug is reproducible:
open kmail -> settings -> configure kmail -> identitiy -> edit -> picture ->
disable "send messages with picture"

up to now my system is fully upgraded and the problem with
kstartupconfig remains. the version of the package is 4:3.5.7.dfsg.1-5.
