Ok, I've fixed GDB. This manly involved recompiling it, but I had to resort to an ugly hack to get it to recompile. Two system include headers that it needed (one is a kernel header and another is a libc header) conflicted with each other, I ended up adding: -D_SYS_PTRACE_H
