It's a bug in apt (reported already), hopefully they'll have a fix out
soon. According to the changelog, they changed the way sources.list lines
are parsed to fix one bug, and accidentally introduced another...
In the mean time, it seems to work if you put two colons after the 'file',

When I run apt-get update I get:
