Inclusion of DeSmuME 0.7.1 got rejected because i failed to mention
that src/gtk-glade/glade-xml.c and src/gtk/dev-cpp/* were under the
LGPL.
I've fixed that and uploaded DeSmuME 0.7.2 to ftp-master.
