- Integrate into rc.deb directly. (If it detects `vim` installed, copy
the file to /usr/share/vim/addons/, etc)
- Make a separate vim plugin deb, and make rc.deb suggest it.

do a NMU to have the last upstream version is ok ?
i'm asking because i'm just started to do packaging.
i adopted the gphoto2. it is a simple package.
libgphoto2 is more complicated, i guess. But do a NMU
just to upgrade is simple, though.
