So, if anybody interested, this is patched libqtgui i386: https://mega.nz/#!rUEzCBiB!-83j59IHbhhWgTZsxE4AK55BppZ85vOf2TsyvJOIKI8 Confirmed to be working on recent KDE from Sid, most likely it will fix qt4 issues with other desktop environemts. Skype shows taskbar icon without any problems.
