I get *GIGANTIC* fonts and Icons and am unable to install gutsy tribe 4 or

I use tango. However, I can reproduce this from a fresh Tribe-4 live cd
boot-up, so human as well. In fact, I've been playing around, and I've
found some other icons that do this too. I've attached a screenshot
that shows all of the icons of the default ones in the menus that have
this problem f

It's just as well that you closed it: when I installed all the updates
up to August 1 as a block, including the new kernel etc, then the
problem seemingly stopped. I say seemingly because I have no real
proof: I have been using multiple desktops since and have had no crash,
however.

I'm experiencing some strange warnings when I run Evolution from the
command line. The warnings are:

the trouble with ubuntu, is that it will not accept any downloaded, or cd

considering going back to windows, even the official ubuntu book will not give
me any directions on how to correct the problem I really plea

Same problem here with Ubuntu 7.04 on Intel Corporation Mobile
915GM/GMS/910GML Express Graphics Controller. gxine works fine and Totem
Movie Player shows video only after moving, clicking, freakin with the

probably you are right. I got a similar result with the KDE konsole. I
couldn't figure out what's going on here. Probably a firewall problem? ---
After the "hanging", after several minutes the server stops the
communication and I'm dropped out automatically.
