The Ubuntu Add To Panel dialog was dropped[1] and we're now using the
upstream version of it which emits the events, marking this as fixed,

Just tested it with orca in Feisty and Gutsy:
- In Feisty it works only the first time you click into the canvas, the second
time it doesn't.
- With Gutsy it doesn't works at all at least for me.
It works well in Gnome because Gnome uses a simple treeview for the
dialog, in Ubuntu we have a r
