Yes I did test Ctrl+C, Ctrl+X and Ctrl+V. All work as expected for me in
20.04. Pointer location only occurs if I release Ctrl without having
pressed any other key.
But I use a simple US layout. Maybe bug 1

I've just found an alternative to Pointer Location -- Jiggle extension.

Daniel, did you check whether Ctrl+C, Ctrl-V, etc. work when Pointer
Location option is enabled? I cannot understand it from your post.

Maybe the bug only occurs with non-US keyboard layouts. Regardless, it

shortcut was pressed. I've just confirmed it works correctly on Ubuntu
20.04.
