I take that comment back :-) The one used in the context menu is the
stock gnome warning icon.

Actually, I think that the wrong icon is being used in the menu. The
correct version to be used in menus is the one found in the context menu
(right click on the panel to see it)

It wasn't intended to be utilized in this fashion. It was purely
provided as a system tray icon to report a problem.

Mh,
as I saw this icon for the first time I thought: "okay, maybe they
want to highlight that point because it's just a beta".
So in my opinion we chould change this icon for the final release.
