I ran into this bug on Xenial LTS which left xorg unable to start.
It was fixed upstream in 6.10.1, so when I installed the the hwe

Upon launch, I receive the following information when I launch evolution
from the terminal. This is from Xubuntu 16.10, XFCE desktop.

This FTBFS on amd64, and in doing so renders build depends of other
packages which are dependant on the libgdk-pixbuf2.0-common being

e.g. scim-dev build dep of plasma-desktop and kdeplasma-addons is now
not installable, and following the dep chain yields in the end
apt-ge
Will this get added to Zesty? Right now it is not in the repo:

OK. I have a feeling though that the apps: section is not ordered, which
means we need some other way to call out the "definitive" app for the
snap, i.e. the one which is represented in GNOME Software.
So it feels to me that we need:
* a way to associate desktop files with the apps in the snap (
you need something else than lightdm for that, like gdm
