This bug happens especially after I delete a file, or move it to the
Trash and then delete it.
Nautilus can display the "Preparing" dialog for minutes after the event
and/or I click the cancel button, despite Nautilus not saying what it
was preparing for, before it disappears.

Update:
I find out that in PulseAudio Panel the settings of input device should be
choose as 'Internal Microphone' rather than 'Headset Microphone' or
'Microphone', and the speakers of my headset can work properly.
My laptop's 1 jack hole connection and headset can work properly on
Windows, both
OK solved, when starting "Gnome Tweaks", on the Extensions part,
Extensions were disabled, if I enable them, they rework.

I might be experiencing same/similar bug on a fresh install of 20.04. I

On a fresh Ubuntu 20.04 install I ran into this same issue. Tap to click
works fine on the desktop, but it does not work on the login screen. The
inconsistent behaviour can be very confusing.
Won't it be best to make the behaviour on the login screen and on the
desktop match?

2. install nemo: see

Happens to me also with a fresh install of Ubuntu 20.04LTS.
Also HW acceleration does not work on Totem (choppy playback), not a
problem of gstreamer as gst-play plays videos just fine.

Using the NVIDIA driver I was affected by bug 1870736 and bug 1873403.
I moved to the Nouveau drivers and the issues above were gone.

I also experience this issue. Was not there in 19.10 for me either. It's
ONLY when setting one of the monitors to portrait mode.
Currently I have to use a workaround, running ARandR or "nvidia x server
settings" after login to set the displays. But I can't save the settings
to make them persistent
