Thanks for the bug report. Please try adding this kernel parameter:
i915.enable_psr=0
which you can do by editing /etc/default/grub, adding the parameter to
the GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT line, and then run:
sudo update-grub
and reboot.
