I don't believe this is a bug with qastools since it simply tells alsa
what to do. Also, the issue can be duplicated on alsamixer. qasmixer
itself doesn't save anything, neither does alsamixer. Something
somewhere isn't remembering between reboots, but it's definitely not
qastools related.

I confirm this bug is fixed. However, I have noticed an issue when ANY
webapp is open (or even webbrowser-app), touchscreen functions are
severely limited, i.e. unable to single tap to click on touchscreen and
multitouch gestures in Unity cease to function.
Functionality inside the webapp is fine,
