softwares.
If I restart pulseaudio, it changes nothing.
But if I restart gnome-shell ("alt+F2", type "r"), the audio no more crackling.
I had this bug for Ubuntu 17.10 and perhaps 17.04 too.

workaround again.
Because at each restart Network-Manager add the line system-ca-certs=true
again...

Thank you very much Eduard Gotwin, more than one month I could not connect to
the wifi at work.
As you said I deleted the line

and I could connect again at all my wpa2 enterprise WIFI network.
