Dell XPS One 27: Sound working correctly in 14.04. After complete
reinstall of 16.04 headphone jack and speakers are mutuated. Manual
correction of output level (headphones) with alsamixer leads to a
correct sound output.

I would suggest to update the fglrx-update package.
Unfortunately I did not succeed to build a deb package of the binary.
