i just remembered one other thing about this particular installation -
because iwas in a country with low internet speed - i chose - a
difference from previous installltions - the install WITHOUT downloading
and updates AND ALSO WITHOUT installing 3d party programs
at the same time

again short answer - i tried again - clean instalation formatting drive
in ext4 and...wel... same result. please forgive me i tried to send
again same report but you have to know the one i already filled i could
send after 20+ tries...if i will have some time and capability to send i

hello!
a short answer because internet speed here in iran is really slow...
i did a FRESH install..complete fresh install of kubuntu on a NTFS drive
that was before windows xp. in installer i formatted the drive ext4 and
tried to install kubuntu. also i didnt modify ANY file and used only
soorry - in text i wanted to say i formatted the drive during the
installation FROM NTFS to ext4 which was without problems - i dont know
where did this extra important text dissapear :)

What we want to know is whether the CUPS problem shown in comment #3 is
reproducibly preventing you from installing Kubuntu 13.04. As you want
to do a fresh install it is no problem for you to repeat it without any
losses. So please do the fresh install again. Format the drive with ext4
and let
Till perhaps bug 1096281 has some additional information that will be
useful.
