It's not installed by Ubuntu by default so you installed it. If you are
not using it then simply
$ sudo apt remove miredo
and restart your system and see if that resolve the issue

the log has 'miredo' errors, do you need that component or could you try

If id just disconnects wifi or ethernet cable everything return to
normal. Which make sending report very difficult. Seems like this is not
a wifi driver issue. But it makes the system unusuable.
