sicco, thanks for checking. There was indeed a fix in this release
related to radio streaming, not exactly on playlist, but it solved a lot
of radio streaming problems.

Good idea Walter :). I have checked but I'm inconclusive. The Absolute
radio stations changed their policy and are not streaming to my country
anymore (I assume anything outside the UK), so I can't reproduce the
problem. I did tried another radio station and this went just fine. I
guess the problem

It appears to be a malformed playlist. Manually downloading the
playlist, editing it, and adding it again to Rhythmbox seems to create a
new, workable Absolute Classic Rock station. Details:

I have the same problem as described by David. Rhythmbox stops after
having played the first song on the "Absolute Radio 90s" radio. I start
the radio again (double click) and it will play for a few more minutes
after which it stops again. This time I can't start the radio again and

I've been encountering this error too.
Running `rhythmbox -d` produces a fair bit of log output, but definitely
shows some suspicious goings on.
In the attached log I was listening to "Absolute Radio 90s". The track
ended at 22:27:11, and playback paused (sound stopped) for a couple of
seconds. A
Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.
