We have 9 +1 votes, plenty of them binding. There is still an outstanding
issue with the DOSGi stuff with Karaf 2.3, but we're not sure yet where that
problem is. Aki also has a build issue, but I cannot reproduce it. We can
trace that further for 2.7.3.

When I ran the mvn test for 2.7.2 and 2.6.5 with jdk1.6.0_37 on Win7,
