Inquiry regarding unreviewed patch (KAFKA-1614)

To whom may it concern, My coworker submitted a patch about a year ago, which enables JMX to report segment information, so the amount of data each broker has can be calculated through JMX polling. May I ask the progress on reviewing the patch? I
