retired.
There will be no more releases of these skins.

I think I will postpone the Vote. This Version is about removing bug where
Surefire hanged. This was successful, but I made an improvement [1] where
the number of Threads per JVM was optimized which prolonged execution time

by Jason back in 2006-12-07 for OSGi usage but it terribly outdated.
I have no experience with OSGi. Is that still isued by m2e? If yes,
shouldn't we autogenerate the information?
