According to repoquery the packages that require armadillo are:
mlpack (LGPLv3+)
gdal (MIT)
mmseq (GPLv2+)
so the license change will have no impact on derived packages.
I will build for rawhide first and then F2[4-6].

Hi all,
According to the Fedora Packaging guidelines for Python [0], if a Python
packagethat supports Python 3installs executables into //usr/bin/, then
either both Python versions of the executables should be packaged, or
only the Python 3 version, depending on the functionality they provide.

You did not menthon what copy of VirtualBox you used, and that makes a
difference.
I have been running the copy from rpmfusion for some time, and
experienced the same trouble you had. It often breaks after
updates/upgrades, forcing me to use old kernel copies.
