Is this for a FM or SSB transmitter ?  If FM then any amp should do.  If you are using a SSB transmitter and feeding it the audio for SSTV then you need an amp  that is linear.  I would guess that most of your sstv transmissions are  not too long (say less than 30 seconds) so the duty cycle
