I voted for a motion (2009) that limits a charter members vote to a Board
nominee only once (not more that 1 even if voted more than once).
I was in the board on that day (IRC) when a motion was proposed. Remember that
some were reluctant to change the existing pattern where in a charter member

I support this proposal. We are already doing this for the Charter
Membership election [0].
