OK, running 2 classic SB3 off a Win7 PC server. Seem to always have problems connecting to server after a power down or sleep. Was running 7.5.4, then updated to 7.6.2 ... that caused a continuous 'rebuffering' every 5 or 10 seconds, so rolled back. The SB3's have two different firmwares - one is

Ideally it should be the other way around wired server ? what if server goes to sleep wifi may be disconnected ? Player can send WOL (wake on lan) to wake a sleeping server but that only works if the server is wired, there is almost no wifi cards that supports WOL. So if the server goes to sleep

if you're having buffering problems, it is not likely related to the use of 7.6.x. There's something else going on. I doubt 7.7 would solve this issue for you and I wouldn't recommend using it yet as your main server (I only use 7.7 for a bit of test on my office machinenot where it really mat
