Somebody in the bug raised the point that whether it's translated should be a user/developer option. I agree - it can become very difficult to search the internet for error messages when they're translated, and to deal with bug reports where all error messages are localized. Anything the user sees

You can contact Transifex here: https://www.transifex.com/contact/ You sould also compare with the plural rule in the CLRD, to make sure that the error isn't there already. Transifex updated the Polish Plural forms recently to match the CLDR. http://www.unicode.org/cldr/charts/latest/supplementa
